INGREDIENTS

2 cups coconut milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 very ripe bananas
½ avocado
2 tbspsunflower seed butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
½ tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. (That's it!)

NOURISHING TIP

I rarely recommend protein powders because there is usually a million ingredients (many of which you cannot pronounce), contain sugar or sugar alcohols and are actually quite processed (the protein is actually being removed from a whole food, this is processing). I find temperamental tummies really struggle with all of these things. Using a whole food based protein source like nut/seed butter is much more gentle on the tummy.
