INGREDIENTS

1 cup water (or coconut water)
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 inch piece of cucumber, chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
¼ cup fresh parsley
1 cup fresh greens (spinach, kale, chard)
½ banana or ¼ avocado

DIRECTIONS

Combine water and hemp seeds into a blender and process on high for 15 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

NOURISHING TIP

Lemons are exceptional for gently assisting the body with detoxification and are a powerful source of antioxidants. Along with lemons, parsley and leafy greens are excellent sources of immune-boosting vitamin C.
